5 Healthy Habits that will change your life. We mean it.

 

 

1 - Wake Up earlier!

We know nobody likes to do this and everybody loves those extra 5 minutes in bed. However, it is proven that waking up earlier (maybe its 30 min, maybe its 1h) will make YOU more productive. Try it, see whether it changes things for you, if it does, say bye bye to that snooze alarm.

 

2 - Drink more water!

Drink lots of water. We mean this. Drinking water not only has health benefits but it makes your skin and hair look nicer. Our advice on this is to take a water bottle with you at all times and put it next to you on a visible stop so you can quickly reach out to it.

 

3 - Write To Do lists!

Not only will this allow you to be more efficient and not forget things when all you are thinking about is what you fancy having for dinner, but it will give you lots of satisfaction to be able to cross things off that you have accomplished. Annnnd doesn't forget to prioritise and make sure you those priority one items first, even if they are the last thing you want to be doing.

 

4 - Get Dressed (Even if you have nowhere to be)!

Get up, shower and get dressed. These simple things will make you feel more productive and will allow you to accomplish more throughout the day. Plus, as comfy as it may be, no-one will touch glamorous if they spend all day in their PJs and you are more likely to get fewer things done.

 

5 - Meal prep!

Even if you don’t want to cook ahead of time (because let’s face it, who’s got time for that?) do prep and think of the meals ahead for the week. This will ensure that not only you buy what you need, but it is also the most cost-effective way to shop.
