Copyright for the photos or videos always remains with the VR Agency. This is a basic UK law. If the client wishes to use the photos more than the agreement or get copyright, they will need to contact us to negotiate to license. Depending on the contract, you can only use the photos/videos for _xxx_ year/s.  Once the licensing agreement has expired the client must not use all photographs or videos or negotiate an extension on the licensing agreement.

The retouching price is depended on the project. Unlike traditional photographers/agencies, we charge per image, not per hour. Our team of retouchers are highly skilled and can provide detailed quotes before commencing any work. Generally, we provide images in Full Resolution JPG and videos depending on the project. If you need any specific file formats or colour profiles (for example for print) please indicate on the booking mail or let our booking manager know.

Yes, any revisions made due to VR AGENCY’s failure to follow your shooting directions are free. Any revisions made due to unclear directions from the client which were open to interpretation and assumption will be paid.
